Fiido Warranty Policy
Warranty and Guarantee
The warranty period for the bicycle is as follows. If non-human damage is found within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees. The bikes we sell are brand-new, factory-standard products, and all parts are identical to the original components.
Warranty coverage
The following conditions do NOT qualify for warranty:
Failures caused by the user’s failure to follow the “Instruction Manual” for use, maintenance, and adjustments.
Failures resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications by the user.
Failures caused by improper use, storage, or accidents by the user.
No warranty card or a warranty card inconsistent with the bicycle.
Vulnerable parts and consumables, including brake seat bags, plastic parts, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches, are not covered by the warranty for repair, replacement, or compensation.
Repair costs incurred at other repair shops without the consent of the authorized maintenance organization.
Slight scratches or damage to the outer shell caused by logistics transportation of the accessories are not covered by the warranty.
Scratched or broken lead fittings are not covered by the warranty.
